Who is a healthy person ?
A person who is physically fit. No, health doesn't mean only physical fitness. A good health means physical, mental and social well being of a person with absence of diseases.
In today's world, where everyone is busy in their lives and work. It is very difficult for all of us to maintain our health. We see a lot of people suffering from different diseases, whether it is physical or mental.
The causes of illness are being seen even in childrens. And it is a matter of concern.
In our stressful lives, it is very important for us to maintain our physical as well as mental health.
We always work on our physical health to maintain body and looks, we do exercise, yoga to look fit and young. But we forget about our mental health which is also very important.
There are lot of people who are suffering from mental illness, depression, stress, hypertension etc. But they don't share their problems. So, if you are suffering from any kind of problem or mental stress share that with your family and friends. Take suggestions, do meditation but don't ignore it. It can be a severe problem.
And for a healthy body & mind, follow these few things :-
1. Healthy diet
For a healthy body your food also should be healthy, take proper meal breakfast, lunch and dinner on time, eat healthy and avoid junk food.
2. Exercise/ yoga and meditation
Do exercise or yoga daily for physical fitness and meditation for mental health. Don't try to ignore it. These are the basic things for a healthy body.
3. Proper sleep
Take a proper sleep and avoid oversleeping, sleep is a very crucial thing for healthy body and mind. And one more important thing is maintain personal hygiene.
And I think every person should follow these steps.
Just manage 30 minutes out of your whole day for yourself, for your health.
